Our areas of expertise
SOFT WHEAT
Mostly sourced from Luxembourg and the greater region, soft wheat is used to produce flours for making foods such as bread, pastries, desserts and many more.
DURUM WHEAT
A fairly recent crop in Luxembourg, durum wheat is processed into semolina. This can then be used to make pasta, couscous and other culinary aid products.
MIXES AND FORMULATIONS
These mixes are sourced from cereals other than wheat, such as rye and spelt.
EXTRUSION
Extrusion is an industrial process used to produce plant-based alternatives to replace or complement animal proteins. This considerably reduces our food’s carbon footprint, or ‘foodprint’.
